Well today is R1P2D3, and I have lost a total of 2 pounds since starting my drops. Yesterday was a little discouraging for me, but I pushed through it. I didn't cheat, even though I thought about it. I weighed myself this morning, and even though I only loosed 0.8 lbs again, I am ok with it. I have a new plan. I don't think that I am taking in enough calories, so I am going to redo my calorie count list, and get it right. I will count the calories of my 2 proteins, 2 fruits, and 2 melba toasts. Then I will use the difference between that and the 500 calories to determine the amount of veggies I should eat.
One another note . . . I am LOVING all the new recipes!!!! They are quite delicious!
OK... I am intrigued! Tell me more about the lifestyle change you are making and where can I find info on the product.
ReplyDeleteI'm so proud of you for doing this. I'm also trying to get down to 140 (which was what I weighed when I looked and felt my best) by summer. I haven't decided how I'm going to do this yet, though. I'm considering Weight Watchers.
